Book Review: Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins

I was kind of hesitant going into this book, I wasn't sure if this book was hyped up or if it really was worth my time reading it, because I've heard so much about it and it seemed like everyone I follow in the book community on YouTube has this series on their shelves. However I found this book to be amazing! I don't know what it is, but I find books that take place in some sort of boarding school really thrilling, hehe. I devoured every single page, the writing was really good, the humor seeps through every page and Sophie has become one of my favorite characters, she is so fun and sarcastic that you can't help love her.

I gave this book five out of five stars on Goodreads and if you haven't already; you should get your hands on this book and dive right in!

Thursday Treats (1)

So my first "Thursday Treats" is in reality a "Thursday OMG I Wish I Had This!"
I've always pictured myself in a house a little outside the city with a nice garden and and epic library, and this bookcase falls under the category epic in my opinion. How cool would it be to have this amazing thing in your library? Extremely if you ask me.

Wednesday Wants (1)

So I think I will try to post a Wednesday Wants post each wednesday, but I'm not sure if this is an original idea or if it's already done by someone, I tried to google it but it didn't come up with anything so if anyone know if this is something about it please let me know :)

 My first Wednesday Wants consists of two books by Brenna Yovanoff that I have been eying for a really long time now but haven't picked up.. yet!

The Replacement is about a boy/guy named Mackie who is a Replacement and was left in the crib of a human baby when he was born. He has apparently allergies to iron, blood and consecrated ground which means that he has a tough time growing up in a human world.
I came across a copy of this book in a norwegian bookstore once, but i really didn't like the cover with the guy on it so i didn't pick it up... But I need to order it sometime soon I think, cause I really really want to read it!

The Space Between is about Daphne who is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. Her brother Obie gets kidnapped and apparently she is in some way responsible for that. She goes to the streets of Earth and taps in to her demonic powers to try and find him.
Sounds fascinating and the cover on this book is gorgeous as well!

Divergent: The Movie!

Soooo.. I was you know doing the usual, minding my own business (read: checking facebook..) and I came across a link from Veronica Roth.. And I read this on her blog:

"Is there going to be a movie made of Divergent? Maybe. I sold film rights to Summit Entertainment (now Lionsgate), and there’s a production company (Red Wagon) signed on, as well as a screenwriter (Evan Daugherty). Right now he is working on a screenplay and we’ll see what happens after that." 

WORKING ON A SCREENPLAY!!! There's no way in hell that this won't become a movie! :D:D:D:D:D

I'm trying to imagine who I want to play each role but I haven't come up with the perfect fit yet. Who do you see playing Tris and Four?
